We do not refund due to color differences due to different screen settings.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any amount/subscription/charges that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

3. Wrong items received

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have received the wrong portrait then please send us a picture of the incorrect portrait within 24 hrs after being received. 
A replacement portrait will be sent out to you within 24 hours

4. Received Portrait found broken

If during the shipment your portrait is found broken, please inform us within 24 hours by email with the relevant pictures.
